Dr. Jillian Woodruff, DMD
Dr. Woodruff completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. She continued her academic career at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where she received her DMD degree. Dr. Woodruff graduated with honors, with additional experience in oral surgery and prosthodontics.
Over the past seven years Dr. Woodruff has practiced dentistry in the states of Tennessee, and Georgia working in private practice. She enjoyed spending time with Help a Child Smile, an organization that provides underserved children with free dental care. She also spent various hours expanding her knowledge by completing continuing education courses in Sybron Endodontic technology, Invisalign, and Botox.
When Dr. Woodruff is not practicing dentistry, you will find her at home with her two sons, husband, and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, running, reading, and painting.

Kelsey was born and raised in Seattle, WA and has called North Carolina home since 2016. She graduated from Lake Washington Technical College in 2011 as a Dental Assistant, but she soon realized she had a true passion for helping patients achieve their dental goals. Kelsey genuinely enjoys helping her patients overcome their dental anxiety, and making them feel at home.
Kelsey is a huge dog lover and enjoys spending time with her 4 pups, Sedona, Penny, Slinky and Charlie. She also loves touring Charlotte and it's many things to-do. Just ask her about her latest adventures!
Brooke Speer, RDH
Brooke graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from UNC Chapel Hill (go Heels!). She worked as a Hygienist in the Raleigh/Durham area for 12 years before relocating to Lake Norman in 2011. She is passionate about educating her patients and providing their preventative dental care, ensuring your smile is bright and healthy! Brooke and her husband, David, reside in Mooresville with their 3 energetic kids, Guynn, Caroline and Connor (twins!), and their goofy Wiemeraner puppy, Mosby.
Outside of the office you will find Brooke being her kids #1 cheerleader at their sporting events, spending time at the lake, or the beach soaking up as much sunshine as possible.
Jessie Lafler, CDA
Lead Dental Assistant
Jessie, our one and only LKN native, graduated from Concorde Career Institute of Tampa in 2015, where she was a Dental Assistant for 3 years before earning her CDA license and returning to North Carolina. Jessie's beautiful smile, outgoing personality and compassion for others shines through with each and every patient she meets. She is a huge Carolina sports fanatic, she loves rooting for the Panthers, Hornets, Hurricanes and is ecstatic to be a 2019 season ticket holder for the Charlotte Checkers.
Jessie and her husband Nick live in Huntersville with their adorable Toy Australian Shepherd, Charlotte, and spunky Tabby Cat, Zoey.
